Not Voting is Voting
"The reality is that there is no significant group of "undecided" voters left regarding the candidates themselves. People know where they stand regarding President Trump and Vice President Harris. What remains unclear for some is whether they will actually participate in the voting process." Steve Bannon from prison
Your vote is your voice in this governmental process. The scriptures in Romans 13 teach us to submit to authority. The United States citizens have the authority and the power to choose who will govern. The citizen chooses the rulers in our nation. The citizen has been given this right and privilege.
As Christians, we are citizens of heaven and earth. We should not practice dualism in the governmental sphere. God created civil government, so it is good.
According to scripture, rulers are there to do good and punish evil, not the other way around. God has given us the gift of choosing our rulers in this nation. Let's do this with wisdom and knowledge of God and his Word.
Not voting is voting. Not voting is abdicating your authority in this process, which has been given to us by God. How do I know this? The Bible says, "For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God." Romans 13:1.
Your authority as a citizen of the United States is ordained by God.
With authority comes responsibility. Don't forget that responsibility, thinking you won't be held accountable.
